I am a highly experienced program manager with over 40 years experience as a professional ICT proponent and have worked extensively in Asia Pacific, North America, Europe and Africa I have also worked in four States throughout Australia, NSW, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia. I have held senior management positions in both Fortune 100 and Australian companies in design, architecture, service, consulting, provisioning, and operations roles. I have also has had extensive, broad based consulting roles in key market segments and presenting at Cxx levels both here and overseas. I have experience in both private enterprise and State and Federal government bodies with a broad understanding of the key differences in their goals and commitments for service delivery. My major experience covers program and project planning and implementation from inception during the business case development, to operational handover. I have extensive expertise in Contact Centre design and implementation, VoIP enterprise implementation, mobile telecommunications, fixed line telecommunications. Experience also covers major enterprise ESX VMware implementations, Oracle and SAP platform migration, Tagma SAN storage as well as platform implementation, Data Centre design and disaster recovery planning and implementation. I have an established knowledge and experience in portfolio management and APRA governance, enterprise banking software applications, integration management, and contract definition and vendor and carrier negotiations. I have specialized in 'turn around projects' where delivery has slipped and requires remediation to bring the set deliverables back on track to original scope in time and money. Major successes have included the ROI for the NSW Government Treasury from 1.27 to 6.84 with an increase from $9 Million over 5 years to $22.5 Million over 5 years.A career spanning 40+ years and major enterprise programs delivered with 100% effective delivery of the final solutions continues with clear understanding of CX priorities, current global restrictions and the frugality of delivering on time at cost programs and projects.

This included the installation of Alcatel VoIP regional nodes and integration with Cisco Call Manager VoIP platforms. Budget $3.2Mo Migration of major legacy billing platform ‘CASS’ including interfaces to Telstra, AAPT and other Carriers. Budget-$2.8M o Implementation of a document management platform for Optus enterprise ‘Optus Document Management’ based on OpenText with initial 4500 seat licences. Budget- $5.8Mo Integration of separate instance of OpenText operational platform in marketing with external access integration through a DMZo The implementation of a records management platform for the Law Enforcement Liaison Unit (LELU) providing gateway data to State and Federal agencies. Budget-$0.5Mo Establishing support, development and maintenance platforms for NCS and EDS off shoring staff within Australia and in Manila as well as India and including network access via authentication and management platforms.
