Assisted the owner in developing a marketing and sales strategy that related to the lifestyle and design of these very modern and highly engineered Hollywood Hills homes. Engaged with the designers of Beyonce's and Calvin Klein's Los Angeles residences. The engineering uniqueness included the main property with over 600 truck hauls of dirt excavated from the site to create a garage, entertainment room. The "bat cave" area with garage was then connected to the main house with a 5 story glass paneled elevator with city views. The main house perched over the side of a cliff. It is a very dynamic and bold property.

We represented some of the top influencers on the web including Jake Paul, Team 10 and Erika Costell where I help foster creative, effective strategy for our marketing sponsors. They garner hundreds of millions of views with their comedic daily Vlog's (Video blogs) and can motivate their millions of subscribers into taking action. Recently they are moving into socially responsible causes such as Jake Paul mobilizing his fans to help the people in Houston after the Hurricane and more recently after the shooting in Florida they took on Gun Safety as an issue.
