As the Director of Security my job demands to be proactive about increasing overall customer satisfaction with regards to Security staff, patrons, and associates. Security is often the first face that the customers sees and the first place they go when there’s a problem. While a courteous manner is critical for success, it’s also important that my staff and customers feel appreciated by always looking at new ways to learn and adapt to the ever changing casino environment. Most notably Risk Management for the whole of the Casino to limit liability and make sure staff, patrons, and contractors are safe while on property.
