Leading a team of researchers and analysts across three sub department’s within the Complex and Specialised Crime Department in British Transport Police. During this time I have created and implemented a new Intelligence development process, aimed at taking new single and multiple strands of intelligence, and forming a foundation intelligence picture for investigation teams.
