Intentia is a multinational software company, where I held a position as working Director of Business Development with a focus on establishing new application areas and businesses. I where responsible for designing the new concept from day one, and organized the resources and work with sales and customer activities. This task included all phases from concept, marketing, sales, implementation and customer service. The result was the concept and market focus for the integration platform called ICE, Intentia Corporate Exchange in a seperate Business Unit.

Responsible for the group consolidation and finance solution at corporation finance at Alfa Laval. One of my projects and responsibilities was to implement a completely new process for the corporate consolidation for the whole Alfa Laval Group. The final result was a highly automated reporting, consolidation and management information solution. The solution includes a reporting system, used for monthly reporting, budgeting, intra-group matching and annual reporting. Today, this software is one of the applications in the Great Plains Software offering.

As a Development Manager my main task was to manage the development of a CAPE Computer Aided Project Engineering tool named Matrix at Tetra Pak, today with over 500 users worldwide.The solution is an integrated CAD and PDM system that automatically builds the product specification BOM when the project teams design plants.By concurrent engineering and direct connections to product information the system creates with very few resources both a detail quotation and then also the basis for the final engineering and installation using the same tool for the whole process.
