My role at ASOS was to liaise with Hermes delivery drivers to track down lost parcels and meet a set deadline for tickets set by Hermes. Here I was one of two Hermes representatives and managed my own time to ensure that I could properly support the ASOS teams in helping their clients. Customer service, organisation and focus was paramount in this role and allowed me further hone my client and customer rapport.

As part of a DIVA internship I was selected from many candidates for a Digital Media internship with flagship London talent agency Troika. Here I learnt vast amounts about the media industry back-end and behind the scenes operations. How important time-keeping and document accuracy are, as well as being able to juggle multiple, ever-changing activities. My tasks were varied from that of a runner, office junior, accountant and administrator to media editor!This role I enjoyed immensely as it showed an insight into how the top of one of the most important industries in the world is run.
