Leveraging his knowledge and skills of past successes in creating business intelligence solutions, Robert founded and launched Cloverleaf Analytics with the goal of providing the best insurance business intelligence and analytics solution in the industry. By hiring the best talent in the industry Robert was able to create a company that now offers the first truly real-time insurance business intelligence solution that boasts over 500 KPIs and analytics, hundreds of industry reports and dashboards, mashups and data validation built on business rules engines.As CEO of Cloverleaf Analytics Robert has also spoken at different events on topics such as the future of IoT in the insurance arena, predictive analytics and business intelligence.

Founded 4Sight Business Intelligence in June 2009 to leverage cutting edge technologies, to build a business intelligence solution for small insurance companies. This was accomplished using open source technologies. Pentaho was leveraged by the team to build an ETL to load data into a data warehouse, developed Mondrian schema cubes for multidimensional analysis, create pre-built reports using Pentaho's desktop reporting tool with MDX and program pre-built dashboards using WebDetails CDE (Community Dashboard Editor).
