I have over twelve years of experience installing, configuring, and maintaining software within hybrid environments and training others as required. I have demonstrated the confidence to diagnose and troubleshoot IT faults both remotely and on-premises, including managing requests relating to various software platforms, general security and upgrading existing hardware / software. In addition to my technical support experience, I have acquired exposure to delivering various projects, such as the deployment to international locations, migration of Microsoft software and building out Disaster Recovery Servers. I understand the importance of succinctly interpreting the project scope and providing technical advice to ensure a seamlessly yet efficient delivery is achieved.
