I have over twelve years of experience installing, configuring, and maintaining software within hybrid environments and training others as required. I have demonstrated the confidence to diagnose and troubleshoot IT faults both remotely and on-premises, including managing requests relating to various software platforms, general security and upgrading existing hardware / software. In addition to my technical support experience, I have acquired exposure to delivering various projects, such as the deployment to international locations, migration of Microsoft software and building out Disaster Recovery Servers. I understand the importance of succinctly interpreting the project scope and providing technical advice to ensure a seamlessly yet efficient delivery is achieved. That being said, I have also gained solid experience managing my own investment portfolio for over two decades, where I have developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, which subsequently are critical for the IT sector. With an abundance of transferable experience and professional skills, I am confident that I could transition into a challenging environment and make a positive impact.
