• Oversaw many applications of the business such as; new facility start-up, asset allocation, resource allocation, demurrage reconciliation, customer service issues, team member issues, human resources, strategic safety management, safety management systems, online learning management, team member development and leadership development. • Achieved success in the above business elements by driving safety first followed secondly with business profitability by gaining efficiencies in operating plans. • Budgets, payroll accountability, hiring team members within facility start-ups, attrition rates, leadership development, training and collaborating across multiple departments to achieve the company’s common goals (safety department, human resources department, business development department etc.). • Drove business by working closely with multiple railroads to start up unit train capable facilities which in turn gained Titan maximum return on investment for capital expenditures. • The facilities I had a direct responsibility to start-up keyed on leadership development, it is the vital component in the long term success not only on a site by site basis but companywide. • Those facilities have maintained a throughput of 100,000 tons per month with that being 55% of the company’s annual revenue which generated an estimated $1.2m monthly revenue. While frac sand was a majority of our business we also oversaw the trans-loading of different liquid commodities such as: HCL, crude oil, and LPGs.• While overseeing a direct reporting staff of 100+ employees working at 4 sites throughout Texas and New Mexico. Oversaw the promotion of 15 team members and developed them into future leaders within the company. Accomplishments• Zero lost time injuries or recordable injuries in 2 ½ years of production• Asset growth from 3 facilities to 7 in 2 years• Production increases from 45k tons per month to 110k ton per month• Opened two unit train capable facilities

Coordinate and schedule all inbound, outbound train traffic. Work directly with the customer on train status and offloading. Manage and oversee all offloading and switching operations accordingly to daily train status. Sending out daily reports on production and yard inventory to our customer as well as internally. Operate and maintain all pumps during the offload process. Making sure all employees are in compliance with all PPE regulations. Worked directly with the site leader on all daily offloading schedules. Load and unload railcars and trucks with various chemicals through unit piping.
