Negotiated with Indian government officials for engagements with India’s Prime Minister and Ministry of Defence officials, which resulted in the signing of three agreements further advancing the U.S.-India strategic partnership• Led negotiation with officials from six Indian federal government ministries and two state governments, which resulted in the resumption of POW/MIA recovery missions in India after a seven-year hiatus. Oversaw three missions in three years to find and return the remains of U.S. military personnel missing in action since World War II.

First, transitioned aircraft types in under one year while continuing student pilot training with zero mishaps, on time and ahead of schedule. Second, increased student pilot production 10% with a 20% reduction in personnel. Reducing overhead, automated tracking functions, and reorganized from six to three sub-organizations.
