• Advanced knowledge of OSHA regulations and standards.• Advanced skills in accident investigation, reporting, root cause analysis and corrective actions.• Advance skills in hazard and risk assessments, as well as regulatory inspections and audits.• Conduct field safety audits and training at client/owner sites across the United States and maintain the SHE requirements for company personnel at client/owner sites.• Advanced knowledge and skills in completing PQFs, and maintaining 3rd party vendor sites such as Avetta, BROWZ, CQDatabase, ISNetworld, TPS Alert, Veriforce. • Proficient in reciprocal safety council management at the contractor level.• Strong communication and training skills at every level.• Previous experience in industrial construction and industrial maintenance.• Strong knowledge of record keeping, report production, and audit procedures.• HAZWOPER 24 Hour - TWIC – SafeGulf/SafeLandUSA – Security Passport (LAO).• Active participation in company and client Behavior-Based Safety programs.• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suites.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Sixteen (16) years of experience in the petrochemical environment.
