Robert Cardwell is a Computer Consultant at OKS Computer Support Ltd at OKS Computer Support Ltd. Colleagues describe him as "Robert appeared like a knight in shining armour as a volunteer for our small charity to help us resolve a number of long-standing and complex Outlook-related issues with our Windows computer network. These included multiple instances of the same email accounts within Outlook, and different folder structures in what should have been identical ones across the various computers in the network. Having outlined the issues to Robert and expressed our desire to upgrade our whole network to Microsoft 365 Office, Robert set about solving our problems and upgrading our computers remotely over TeamViewer. We were so grateful to him for the amount of hard work he put in, including evening and weekend working to ensure that everything worked just the way we wanted it to. His job was somewhat complicated by the fact that we as the Customer were not really sure exactly what we needed, so there was much discussion between us and recommendations from Robert to help us understand what would work best for us. He has saved us a considerable amount of ongoing costs by switching us to Office 365 Business Premium as he discovered that this was free for charities. He has also documented the whole process for us comprehensively and so we now feel we now have our Office IT on a firm professional footing for the first time.
