• Managing a staff of 10 Cambodian and foreign reporters.
• Commissioning and editing news and feature pieces, and ensuring accuracy in content, style and grammar.
• Planning the newspaper and working closely with the production editor to ensure print deadlines were met.
• Training new reporters in journalism and in Cambodian political, economic and social affairs.
• Photographing and writing news and features.

The magazine is targeted at chief executives and finance directors of UK charities, and focuses on investment, finance and law. My role included researching and writing news and features, as well as conducting financial and statistical analysis on the 350 largest.
