The University of Redlands is over 100 years old and ranks in the top 10 institutions of higher education in US News and World Report's rankings. The School of Business offers 2 undergraduate and 2 graduate programs at one of 8 campuses throughout Southern California. Classes are offered 1 night a week and provide direct face-to-face interaction with faculty members well respected in their fields both in academia and in the business community at large. As Campus Director, I manage the recruitment and well-being of students participating in our programs.

As the Assistant Director, my work entailed advising students on potential study abroad opportunities in over 45 different countries. Similarly, as primary risk manager for these programs, my work entailed monitoring and problem-solving should emergencies arise.With over 1,600 students abroad every year, my work was rewarding and challenging. Having lived abroad for upwards of 3 years in a variety of settings, my overseas experience and fluency in Spanish was quite useful.
