Major Robert A. Carp is the Deputy Chief of the Bomber Test Ops division at Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center, Detachment 5, Edwards Air Force Base, California. The Major serves as the administrator and advisor from a B-52H background to the test and evaluation bomber division. He also executes combined developmental and operational test on the B-52H Nuclear Bomber.Prior to assuming his current position, Major Carp was the B-52 Radar Modernization Program Test Director for AFOTEC, Detachment 5.Major Carp received his commission from Wilkes University AFROTC in 2013.
