Implemented a new global sourcing organization to support recruitment efforts and elevate the overall service level of Talent Acquisition. Phase 1 build out of a new administrative services center to support global candidate scheduling and coordination. HR Acquisition team lead with responsibility to integrate both the Recruiting and Contingent Labor workstreams associated with the purchase of Juno Therapeutics and Receptos, Inc and sale of the organization to Bristol Myers Squibb.Managed the departmental budget, contracts, and reporting for all associated vendors and internal stakeholders.
