In January 2018 I moved into a project looking to make use of the Open Banking industry initiative, responsible for the design and technical delivery of our use of Open Banking Phases one through three.Responsibilities:• Ensure accuracy and completeness of technical designs and reviews and validate that all technical deliverables are in line with group and project standards.• As technical product owner ensure the focus and delivery of sprints is in line with expectation, and planned in order to deliver on business objectives.• Act as RBS representative on the Adobe Customer Advisory Board.• Liaise with Sapient, Accenture, Adobe and multiple internal business and technology teams to ensure that all designs and deliveries are understood syndicated and agreed in line with RBS policies.• Escalate and advise on the resolution of technical challenges, risks and external developments that may affect the project.• Maintain strong relationships with the various internal and external project stakeholders.• Advising the business and technical platform owners on roadmap items, the existing and new platforms and support.• Maintain a good working understanding of Open Banking and how it is implemented in the industry.• Ensure delivery and refresh of the Open Banking standards do not affect current application use.• Ensure that the new platform is designed and delivered to allow cross bank use of the platform.• Maintain good technical working relationship with internal and external partners.
