With over twenty five years of experience, and sixteen years as a store manager in the retail industry, I have developed a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and fostering a positive work environment. I currently manage a dual brand boutique at Chico's FAS, a leading women's clothing and accessories brand, where I oversee all aspects of store operations, from merchandising and inventory to staff training and development. Beyond my four walls I assist the District as the Visual Coordinator, and am a member of the company’s Visual Task Force partnering with Home Office and the Visual Team. As a store manager, I have consistently achieved and exceeded sales and profitability goals, while ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. I have also demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills, as I have successfully recruited, coached, and motivated a diverse team of associates, as well as collaborated with district and regional managers on various initiatives and projects. Additionally, I have leveraged my product knowledge and visual coordination skills to create attractive and engaging store displays and layouts that enhance the customer experience and reflect the brand identity.
