Conduct Financial Modeling and Revenue/ Cash Flow forecasting Analysis utilizing month over month and year over year trends to price approvals and business creditworthiness to determine the expected risk profile on Middle Market Businesses applying for Working Capital/ Revenue Advance/ FDL & MCA Funding. Determine appropriate pricing of debt obligations (max dollar amount, buy/factor rates, upsell, gross percentage, etc.). Preapprovals ranging from 250k to 5M• In-depth analysis of Financials Statement including YTD and Prior Year Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheet, Aging Reports (A/R & AP), Tax Returns, and WIP- Building Financial Models examining revenue and forecasting run rates, cash flow and net margin trends, liquidity/ current ratios, along with individualized outstanding debt obligations and making determinations in regard to pricing of pre-approvals• Present Risk Analysis, Models, and financial recommendations to senior executives on daily credit committee meetings in regards to large ticket deals ($250k to $5M)• Conduct Merchant Interview’s with questions arisen from analysis of financial statements with emphasis on revenue & margin trends, outstanding debt obligations, AR/ AP delinquencies, Equity Breakdown, Future Cash Flow, etc.• Utilize proprietary software and models to competitively price revenue advance/ loan approvals while evaluating each individual business based on multiple factors (including industry, sales, competitor balances, credit profile, ledger/ cash flow trend, liens, judgements, UCC’s, geographic region, seasonality) and provide recommendations• Train and Mentor new Underwriters both on site & remotely overseas (India)- Lead Training and Shadowing Sessions with new underwriters outlying the daily financial and risk analysis• Ad/ Hoc projects analyzing data from deals in collections or in default to identify high risk factors that can be implemented into the new credit policy
