Provide general legal services to businesses and individuals related to: domestic and international commercial transactions; domestic and international ethics and compliance issues (i.e., FCPA, OFAC, anti-money laundering, anti-boycott, import-export, anti-trust, human resources, FDCPA, FCRA, GLBA, compliance programs, and compliance policies and procedures); executive and employee compliance training; corporate governance; compliance investigations; and business disputes and litigation.
