The class was titled "Methods and Materials in Adult Education.Instructing adults perfected my skills in identifying and modifying behaviors. Adults will modify behaviors and habits if they see the path to change. I used this knowledge to optimize the Igen Process methodology

Managed District Adult Schools and Occupational Centers in; Gardena, South Central Los Angeles, South Gate, Woodland Hills and East Los Angeles. Managing adult school programs honed my ability to effectively deal with the educational needs of a variety of people. Weight loss at its core is about education and learning.

Pioneered and directed the first vocational program for at-risk high school students in an adult setting. It was a joint effort between The East Losa Angeles Community Union (TELACU) a community based organization, the Private Industry Council (PIC), of Los Angeles, and the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD).The program evolved and is now a very successful joint effort between the Adult Division and the District known as The Alternative Education Work Center (AEWC).
