Senior Contract Manager, Supply Chain
Current- Manages Contract team by delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations.
- Assesses employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities, Provides motivation and coaching to employees, ensure staff members follow organizational policies and procedures.
- Leads supply chain strategic sourcing initiatives by conducting quality analysis of assigned products, services and contracts with the goal of attaining the best value decision. Incorporates a comprehensive analysis.
- Manages Contract Team Portfolio based on category, facility or other criteria and ensures that portfolio Agreements are producing value for the Organization.
- Drives savings and value creation through the negotiation of pricing and other terms that enhance the business and clinical operations.
- Drafts, evaluates, negotiates, and executes various types of Agreements with Suppliers directly or through the GPO.
