During my time at Roche, I effectively conveyed complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders by leveraging my excellent communication and presentation skills to create a digital video that effectively communicated complex technical concepts to management. This video was instrumental in securing buy-in and support for important data security initiatives.I also excelled in working with cross-functional teams, ensuring project timelines were met through market research, analysis, and project management. Additionally, I spearheaded a digital campaign designed to convince the public to be more comfortable giving their data. Through careful market research and analysis, I identified key concerns and developed messaging that resonated with target audiences. The resulting campaign was presented to Management and was set to be used to help produce their next advertisement to increase public trust in Roche's data handling practices and improve overall brand reputation. I utilized my strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to find optimal solutions for Roche's outsourced projects. This involved developing effective strategies to successfully apply these solutions and achieve desired outcomes. Overall, my time at Roche has honed my ability to collaborate, strategize, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
