I have 23 years of diverse engineering experience and have successfully coordinated a variety of multi-discipline projects. As a part of being a PM for S&BI I have provided roadway design, utility design, drainage design, and site development services, and have been responsible for the design of multi-faceted civil engineering projects including transportation engineering, parking lot design, traffic signal design, intersection design, and traffic detour plans utilized in construction phases. I have also performed hydrology and hydraulic design, storm intensity analysis for two to hundred year storm events, storm sewerage systems open and closed conduits, culvert design, erosion sedimentation plans, sedimentation and filtration ponds, and detention basins. I have designed civil site developments with utilities (storm, water, sanitary sewer, gas, and telecom), grading, balanced cuts and fills and reviewed geotechnical reports and made recommendations for soils replacement and pavement design. In addition, I have developed contract documents, plans, quantity take-offs and construction cost estimated for projects; coordinated document processing for obtaining permits for city, state and federal projects; and proactively researched archived plans for utility locations, plat information, and tax records to gather information needed for future projects.
