As a customer care representative I give the best customer support with Vorwerk products which include the Thermomix (kitchen appliance) to Kobold ( vacuum)- handling customer calls , assist with incoming enquires.-handling Zendesk system handling customers queries.- ability to learn product knowledge to assist with customer queries.-processing customer returns, providing return labels, managing DPD portal.- ability to use of excel spreadsheets to import and handling customer data.

• Dealing with customers queries• Dealing with memberships, giving tours of the club and give pricing options• Hit KPI targets, keep on top of paperwork• Doing in reach/outreach events to engage with other companies.• Make posters and emails to promote the club to offer passes to try our facilities.• Doing membership forms and uploading them on system • Tracking the sales to keep on track months performance• Sales team meetings to see where we can improve or discuss daily plans.Duty manager• Open and close the club to make sure it’s safe for members to enter and leave.• Turn all equipment and facilities on upon opening i.e. steam room and sauna.• Make sure tills are set and ready before taking payments from the receptionists• Have pagers and radios in case of emergency for members and colleagues• Open emails to see from the night before of anything I may need to know from start of the shift• Give receptionist their appropriate break time• If there is no lifeguard cover I will have to cover from allocated times as I am NPLQ qualified.
