Purchased and managed departmental hardware, software and rapid prototyping resources.

Responsible for design and support of optical and electro-mechanical research equipment and x-ray characterization of crystallographic structures of impact materials. Also responsible for maintenance of several large-bore hydrogen/helium and gun powder impact cannons.

Responsible for daily production planning across two shifts, production staffing, quality control, and equipment maintenance and repair. Implemented policies to improve efficiency and better utilize staff resources. Redesigned screen door production facility, manufacturing process & workflows, and defined standard work procedures to increase efficiency and improve flexibility with minimal capital investment while retaining existing workforce.
