P&L responsibility for the overall operation of Region Malaysia Aftermarket Logistics functions encompassing parts sales, warehousing, distribution and stock replenishment. Execute business plan, improvise key supply chain and distribution flows, negotiate key service agreement contract with business partners and dealership nationally

Key responsibilities on Incoming Material Quality and Supplier Quality Conformance. Involved material QA engineering in insuring incoming material meeting stringent quality requirement and specifications. Extended Production Support to production line in trouble shooting on problem related to incoming materials. Participate in Material Cost Reduction Program by site visit/audit potential new vendor and performed engineering evaluation and approval for alternate/new material, localization, reverse engineering, low cost, ship to deck and value engineering for customer (VEC) project.
