The marketing platform revenue grows over 100% in both 2021 and 2022.- Lead a team to build the seller propensity model to identify potential sellers from agents’ CRM contacts and also the recommended actions for agents to nurture the opportunities to sales. The tool brings hundreds of million incremental revenue for Compass in 2020, 2021 and 2022.- Build the Computer Vision team and deliver a couple of CV products including document automation, video generation, and re-model suggestion. Document automation solves the problem of transaction coordinates to split and run compliance checks on transaction documents. It saves dozen of million dollars for Compass from improved productivity.- Oversee the efforts for Compass to run a 220+ developers program in China. The effort includes managing the budget, collaborating with vendor companies, recruiting, on board, retaining talent, and building an efficient model for Chinese developers to work with US teams.
