I'm managing the Change process for TST's clients.

 Senior Business Analyst Planned and coordinated all maintenance activities for 14 Mainframe platforms and 40 Mid-Range Systems. This included coordinating and planning activities between System Programmers, Hardware teams, Application Developers, Network Technicians and Space Managers to fit available windows for months in advance. Instituted and chaired weekly meeting to plan and review all Changes. Reviewed and approved all documentation for Changes. Verified Configuration Data Base was updated and correct. I was also responsible for notifying the appropriate customers of planned and emergency outages. Investigated and reported to senior management on all service interruptions. Reviewed and advised management on coordinating system software monitoring packages for both mainframe and midrange systems. Acted as liaison between customers and management/ operations teams.  Senior System AnalystManaged the Change Process for 14 Mainframe platforms 40 Mid-Range Systems, 600 servers and a complex worldwide network infrastructure. This is to include reviewing project plans, back out plans, proper verification and test plans for all hardware, system software, application and network changes. Conducted weekly Senior Management Reviews of all Changes scheduled for the week. Developed and taught class on Change Management (discipline and process). Devised freeze plans in order to stabilize all systems for peak season activity. Conducted Major Incident Reviews on all issues that caused impact to the production environment and report to Senior Management. Passed all corporate and Federal audits. Supervised 4.

 Used my technical skill and knowledge of Mainframe Operations, Change Control, Disaster Recovery, Asset Security, Mid-Range Systems, Document Imaging, Desk Top Servers and Printer Operations to consolidate the above areas in the merger of Dauphin Deposit Bank and First National Bank of Maryland. Was responsible for forming work groups from both banks in all areas to determine the best Software, Hardware, Infrastructure and Procedures to lead the bank into the year 2000. After determining the best equipment and methods, I devised project plans, presented Business Plan to the Executive Steering Committee and supervised the implementation process. Supervised two Project Planners. Ran the banks conversion from the Endevor Change Control software package to ChangeMan software package hands on while continuing to supervise the two project planners while they ran a total of 6 conversion projects. Had to have all applications off of Endevor and on to ChangeMan before the end of the maintenance period. This included moving all applications, adapting PVCS and Microfocus to accept ChangeMan. Setting up training classes for both the developers and the Change Control Administrators, supervising the writing of skeletons and set up of applications. Kept customers and Senior Management up to date via weekly status reports and monthly presentations on all 7 projects. Passed all corporate and federal audits and certifications. Supervised 8 employees plus 2 Project Managers.
