Robert has more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry and has strong sales and operation experience in Greater China Region including China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. He started his career from software engineer for 5 years before joining IBM Taiwan to unlock his Sales and Management career in 1986. He started his senior management role as a country manager at Autodesk Taiwan in 1998, and gradually moved to a rewarding executive career. He then joined EMC2 in 2000, a leading Storage and Business Continuity Management company as Channel & Alliance Director of Gr. China. It was at EMC2 where he met many senior C-level executives and maintained a great friendship with them. After EMC2, he joined HDS (Hitachi Data System) and led HDS to tremendous growth from 2003 to 2006, before commencing his executive role at Macroblock Inc., (MBI) a leading integrated circuit design company in the LED industry. His passion is to connect with customers, add value to their business, create win-win partnerships, and develop the company growth strategy, to grow the market leadership and company valuation.
