Supervised, trained and counseled four junior leaders and sixteen motor transport operators in the safe transportation of ammunition and general cargo. Provided technical support and guidance for the section resulting in his Soldiers earning three Soldiers of the Quarter. Supervised, managed, and monitored vehicle maintenance on seventeen vehicles valued over $3 million and handed over his section with no loss of equipment. Developed and oversaw the unit’s Prevention of Sexual Harassment program earning a commendable rating for the organization and an Army Achievement Medal. Conducted training on prevention of sexual harassment, transportation of ammunition, and machine guns. Enforced the organization’s physical security program ensuring that the organization’s equipment was secured and safe from theft, earned a commendable rating for the organization. Maintained employee training records. Trained and led six funeral teams that were recognized as the best on post. Earned Bronze Star and Combat Action Badge as a senior security manager, for courage under fire. Escorted civilian convoys throughout Iraq without loss or serious incident. Appointed as a master driver training thirty-four Soldiers safely, on assigned combination vehicles and maintained driver training records. Coached a unit of 160 Soldiers from the transportation and maintenance field ensuring they were trained and validated for deployment in a timely manner. Planned, coordinated, and ran numerous live fire exercises and situational training exercises. Oversaw the storage of radioactive material in the organization's nuclear, biological, and chemical operations room as the radiation safety officer.
