I am a 17-year veteran of a large, global alternative asset manager with a proven track record of success in investing and asset management. The uncertainty associated with investing, particularly in illiquid assets, and navigating in the midst of tremendous capital markets volatility have required me to develop keen insights and instincts into investing – said differently I have had to keep my head on a swivel both looking for opportunities as well as being aware of and proactive in reducing risk for my portfolio. Over the course of my career I have been involved in numerous structures, deals and investing environments, and worked with numerous management teams and platforms. I’ve modeled my career after four key tenets: Having disciplined and principled partners / employees, having access to or creating your own interesting / unique deal flow, having insight and perspective to understand the risks that we as principals and fiduciary’s are taking and developing a team that can properly access, analyze and asset manage these opportunities.
