October 2020 – Present Stobart Aviation – Zone three manager/warehouse Operative My role within the warehouse is to ensure that the freight is safe and recorded before loaded on the flights. This involves a safety inspection of each parcel. It is my duties ensure that every parcel is loaded correctly into each container. Then I’ve to make sure the container has been weighed and secured I the warehouse. Before entering the plane it’s also my responsibility to relay this information to my management team so that all information is recorded and stored for the flight manifest.May 2015 – January 2020 - CIP RECRUITMENT - Field Based Managed Services ConsultantI recruited their staff for the east of England. This involved booking venues to conduct interviews and selecting the right candidates for our high-profile customers. I collateddocuments to ensure these candidates have right to work documentation and can be vetted to the British standard. I conducted telephone interviews for candidates out of my area to help aid cover for other consultants within different regions of the UK. I liaised with both the candidates and the client to arrange training and uphold strict vetting processes on each candidate. To do this I developed a training record for each member of staff which covered risk assessment awareness for their working surroundings, covering the Emergency Action Procedures and Normal Operating Procedures. As their Team Manager it was my duty to deliver the high demanding KPI targets monthly. By creating the balance between managing attendance and recognition of good work I could motivate staff to succeed. I had the awareness to recruit and develop skills to match the company’s requirements. I was involved with chairing or investigating disciplinary matters. As my team were the face of the company dealing with our customers daily, I would have to deal with some unsatisfied customers and assure them that their requirements were important and they would receive a more satisfactory service going forward.
