Retired in December 2013, but still may be interested in a short-term or part-time position.Managed contracts for a Community Development Program in Bucks County for 5 years and worked in mass transit fort 33 years. As a professional in mass transit working for a transportation authority, I rose from a contract compliance analysts to department manager. Following my tenure working for a transportation authority, I worked as a Project Management Oversight Specialist for three and half years.Now retired, I would entertain the right position as a temporary assignment.Specialties: - Project management, contract oversight and/or compliance enforcement- Project manager for Community Development funded projects- Contract drafting, review and negotiations- Have performed real estate acquisition in accordance with the Uniform Act and worked on NEPA requirements (1975-1980)- Have directly performed both Federal and state minimum prevailing wage enforcement- Given expert testimony in regards to Federal and Commonwealth regulations and guidelines pertaining to mass transit grants- Have performed Project Management Oversight work for the Federal Transit Administration as a consultant
