I started my work carrier as a Project Engineer in a Water Treatment Company. In a short period I was assigned to handle a few small and medium size projects under supervision of a senior . Everyone was busy in the company and this was when I was put to limits and forced to learn whatever needed to get the project completed on time. Apart from engineering design, I acquired my knowledge and skills on project management , costing, communication with clients and contractors etc through the on job training and guidance from others.Glad to say that every project given has been completed throughout my 8 years tenure in this company with the support from management and colleagues. . Having positive attitude towards the job and life is the key element in determining what I am today. Needless to say, the foundation laid build a strong base for me to go to another greater height.
