Everyday they keep surprising me with how much they can truly love what they do, we have all came together in continually making this company grow.As The CEO I would have to admit now that our company will have no problem meeting our demands of our customers, our employees since opening communication love working with our customers with even greater enthusiasm, the customers share this information with us on a daily basis.How do we monitor the results? Sales are up with percentages we have not seen in a while, everyone seems happy, I am elated with the results. As for the company who help us, I was very impress with them. After our first meeting I told them what I wanted, not only did they get this done, everything that they might have a different prospective on, they made sure they came through me. The transition overall was a .great experience for us both. Outside Looking In, that's funny because I was so engulfed with the everyday operations also the pressures I was not able to see from the inside. WOW Now I can see clearly on all objectives in regards to seeing & controlling my business, what a great feeling.This above is Just a vision that I can make happen in a short period of time, I remember the days of being engulfed in my business, putting that pressure on thinking its all on me. I grew my company to 7 Locations still I had room for Growth, like all of us we believe we have all of the answers, but the truth is we are limiting ourselves by not getting everyone involved, I was certainly guilty of this.Open your mind, listen, grow.God bless you
