Robert Cimprich is a retired Senior IT Executive/Management Consultant previously in the role of Client engagement DIrector at Astrazeneca. He was previously Global Delivery Director for Prime Consulting and before that Vice President of Planning and Analysis for Radian Guaranty, a major mortgage solutions company. He provided strategic project management leadership at the executive level, provided executive information reporting and analysis, and directly led special projects such as Quality Assurance, Compliance Reporting, and process improvement. Robert successfully led the Change Management project for a $25M Mortgage Insurance client processing system. Robert was a critical member of a 3 person program office overseeing the planning, budgeting, and executive steering team for this multi-year effort. Earlier in his career with Coopers and Lybrand, Robert was Director of Advanced Technologies, with national responsibility for the formalization of methods and competency development for new and emerging information technologies. Robert has more than fifteen years in consulting in practice management, application and database development, information technology, project management and functional management. He has the ability to lead major change initiatives and to effectively manage a portfolio of Information Technology projects.Robert holds an MSEE from University of Pennsylvania’s Moore School of Engineering, and a BA from Holy Cross College.
