PACFLT's N6 and N9 reported that the game far exceeded their expectations and yielded a significant number of actionable issues.• As the Assistant Developer, for the War Gaming Department’s largest game of the year, instrumental in developing the game tool to record moves and data that was vital to the sponsor that would support 800 players and guests.• As the Analyst for Global 16, a fully informed game, assisted in the design of the game and developed the data collection plan, to answer research questions that supported the Sponsors’ objectives. • As the Analyst for the Chief of Naval Operations Futures Game 2023, he led the analysis team inexploring the enduring functions and required capabilities, required for a 2045 Force and also obtain Senior Leader feedback on the existing list of Critical Design Priorities. • Led multiple teams consisting of three full-time employees in a multi-month-long development cycle that culminated in a weeklong game intended to:o Answer relevant research questions focused on the operational and strategic levels of war.o Design a turn-based game and scenario that provides a player with a rich decision-making space needed to explore the research topic.o Develop a customized data collection plan that is flexible to account for all facets of gameplay. o Analyze the totality of the gameplay and individual responses to answer the research questions.• Conducted classroom instruction as part of the student-based Joint Military Operations War Game.
