Working with the GMC Hummer Ultium battery pack to diagnose failures.

• Supervise Repair Area Team, organize all daily activities and duties.• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments.• Perform diagnostics, root cause analysis and rebuilding of EV battery packs. • Run end of line test along with other testing methods that aid in the diagnosing of returned defective batteries.• Assist Quality Engineers in writing work instructions, PFEMA reports and technician repair sheets.• Write training materials and perform repair demonstrations for our customers.• Work with our Production Team when there is an on-line failure in order to not slow down or stop production.• Diagnose and repair failed battery packs from the production line.• Work with our customers on field return priority related issues.• Keep Inventory Room up-to-date and organized. • Train new technicians on repair procedures and all test equipment that we use.

Test Devices for Bluetooth Interoperability with Chrysler's Uconnect Hands free system. Work with Engineers to conclude if an issue was with our system or the device. Provide assistance to Dealership Technicians and customers who are having issues that their Uconnect system. Perform testing of failed parts being returned by Chrysler and diagnose the failure. Worked closely with Peiker and Chrysler Engineers to diagnose in vehicle related issues that caused failures. Wrote diagnostic procedures for Chrysler Dealership Techs to follow in order to correctly diagnose the Uconnect system which helped to lower the amount of returned modules. Performed Software Validation testing for prior to an update being released. I also performed some fabrication of Demo vehicles and displays that were being used in various Automotive Industry shows.

Trained UAW Electrical techs how to correctly diagnose issues using the proper tools and reading of schematics so they could get to the root cause of an EOL Failure. This helped to lower repair cost by having less time on the vehicle and a lower number of modules being replaced for improper diagnostics. Assembled Breadboard test benches and training materials for New Model year vehicles which we used in the Plant classroom to train the Technicians.
