Managerial:-------------I have held a range of management positions at Rapleys since taking equity partnership in 2002. In 2015, I became Senior Partner. In this role, I am responsible for the practice's corporate governance, strategic positioning and general promotion. Alongside, I am also the partnership's National Head of Planning.Professional: --------------I am a Chartered Town Planner with over 30 years experience and have advised on a wide range of cases involving residential, strategic land, mixed use, health/care, education, leisure/sport, automotive/roadside and retail proposals across the UK.I have extensive experience in policy formulation and widespread knowledge in managing and promoting planning applications. I have appeared at many public inquiries as an Expert Witness.I am conscious of the need to deliver commercially acceptable planning solutions/permissions within set timelines, having due regard to relevant environmental, social and other considerations. My clients include property companies, land owners, operators, developers, house builders, retailers and investors.
