He has a proven track record in creating positive business transformation.Robert has delivered growth and value based solutions to financial services organizations as a consultant with A.T. Kearney, Deloitte Consulting, MasterCard Advisors and PwC. Corporate COO, CAO and Group Head roles have been held at Morgan Stanley, Marsh & McLennan and J.P. Morgan. Robert's tenure has been spent both in industry and management consulting. He spent the first 10 years of his career as a management consultant primarily with Accenture and A.T. Kearney. As a consultant, he delivered engagements for a variety of clients to include line of business assessments for Bank Paribas, J. P. Morgan Chase, Paine Webber, and HSBC. He also was responsible for the post merger integration of the U.S. DTC (Depository Trust Corporation) and the NSCC (National Securities Clearing Corporation) as well as the merger of Ameritas and Acacia insurance companies. In addition, Robert has done board level work for the CBOE (Chicago Board Options Exchange).After a decade in management consulting, Robert held several c-level executive management positions within Morgan Stanley Asset Management (CAO Operations), Marsh Inc.(COO Global Technology) and J.P Morgan Chase (Group Head Retail Bank Consulting). Robert applied his core management consulting skills to create sustainable organization, process and financial change for these organizations.Following his five years in industry, Robert returned to consulting in 2005 to build retail banking/payments management consulting practices principally for Mastercard Advisors, Fiserv Card Services and Wipro Management Consulting. He focuses today exclusively on providing strategic and tactical project delivery to global clients within the retail banking and payments ecosystems - issuers, acquirers, processors, networks and large merchants.
