Expertly managed 176 personnel in performing preventive and corrective maintenance within the 3M system for the battalion. Planned and monitored the command’s PMS program, resulting in a superb Recorded Accomplish Rate (RAR) of 90.2%. Meticulously tracked preventive maintenance (PM) accomplishment for 18 comprised work centers of 343 pieces of Construction Engineering Support Equipment (CESE), 840 weapons, and 340 pieces of command gear dispersed across 11 sites. Performed shop management functions involving maintenance scheduling, requisition and inventory control of spare parts, formulating and administering budgets up to $450K and managing an inventory of equipment, parts, tools, and supplies valued in excess of $1M. Provided sound leadership and technical oversight for work center programs associated with business processes, resource requirements and management (facilities, equipment, personnel, budget, stock control and infrastructure), organizational analysis, metrics and training to accomplish objectives.
