Finance Intern Program:Working with supervisors in inventory planning to gain relevant experience in my field of study, Finance. Participating in Lunch and Learns and workshops to develop technical skills in Excel and Access.Responsibilities and Projects:-Manage multiple reports weekly and monthly that I and other analysts use in order to submit forecasts accurately.-Cooperated with a team of fellow interns to develop a presentation for upper level executives to propose a strategic partnership to benefit owners and shareholders.-Created a dashboard using Excel pivots and macros that tracks forecast analysts' accuracy, with the ability to filter by date, analyst, and property.-Developed a Microsoft Access database that combines multiple queries of data from multiple years and filters the data for analysts.

- Provide excellent customer service to residents.- Manage small scale events each month.- Communicate, with vendors, our events and marketing opportunities available.- Sell leases to active prospects by being knowledgeable of the property and making sure to follow up with them.- Oversee one of the twelve buildings on property and it's 80 residents.
