- Answer phones and assist customers with their claims- Learn about insurance policies and languages- Communicate at a high level amongst customers, other companies, agents, etc. - Explain information to customers

- Promote Wake Forest University through various in-person channels (Community events, Door Hangers, Schedule cards, Cold Calling)- Work in groups to create marketing plans for Wake Forest Sporting Events- Assist the Wake Forest Fan Experience & Sales department with anything they may need- Assist with Fan Experience during sporting events; t-shirts, answering questions, setup/tear down of event fan areas, help with on field operations for football

-Assist coaches with anything they needed during practices, games, or around the office-Film practices & games, and clip them as requested/desired-Facility keep up; wiping up the floor, organizing locker room/equipment room, tape the floor/court for practices and pre-game-Assist players during games & practices with towels, water, and venting-Jersey distribution and laundry upkeep-Get food for post game & Distribute food and snacks to coaches and players after games and when asked-Run the clock & play music during practice and assist with drills -Rebounding-Pack equipment for road trips and unpack when return
