This position provides tier-0 through tier-4 support to hundreds of users on dozens of classified systems/domains across our customer environment. Since November, 2018 I have acted as the technical lead for my team of administrators. We support user self-help resources, general help desk items all the way up to specialized hardware and software solutions. This environment is contractually obligated to adhere to Risk Management Framework security protocol as mandated by the Unites States Department of Defense. My team manages all aspects of the application and maintenance of these protocols across virtual and physical PCs and Servers along with a multitude of legacy and in-bedded devices. We manage network, storage and virtual infrastructure along with the actual hosts.
