My practice is primarily complex business/ commercial disputes, consumer class actions, employment counseling and litigation, and FINRA litigation/arbitration. I have tried several cases for employers involving breach of employment contracts, theft of trade secrets and employee non-compete agreements. I am also experienced in the defense of commercial.
