Techpoint is a fabless semiconductor company developing proprietary high definition video connectivity technology originally targeting high definition video surveillance systems and broadcast video systems, and more recently the automotive camera market. With design centers in the US, as well as offices in China, Korea, and Japan, Techpoint has been designed in and shipped its products into the top 30 video surveillance manufacturers worldwide, and, more recently, several of the world's best-known automotive manufacturers.

I was honored to serve as principal legal advisor to A10 Networks (NYSE: ATEN) for 18 years, from its formation until it grew to become a profitable billion dollar publicly traded company. The first half of this time was as outside counsel while I was representing many tech start-ups. From 2012-2022, I served as one of its executives, and for eight years also a member of its Board of Directors. We took the company public successfully, and built it into a consistently profitable and growing enterprise with world class customers globally. It was a gratifying ride, with a lot of great people.

Crystal Bioscience, Inc. was a next-generation antibody discovery platform company with proprietary technology that allowed it to access the broad repertoire of avian species in a fully human format. it was sold successfully to Ligand in 2021
