Provided logistical support, crane operations, ordnance handling, modification and build-up, flight hardware assembly and modification, pressure systems operation (nitrogen up to 3,000 PSI and LP air), and target payload integration, testing, and assembly to our customers.Built-up and staged CDI decks for various functions in weapon target payloads. Carried CDI decks through complete in-house and field testing and integration, then installed decks for flight in the field. Operated weapon target CDI arming systems in the block house during launch operations at the various ranges we launched from.Acted as technical advisor during investigations and troubleshooting involving ordnance, flight hardware, target payload, and ground support equipment, ensuring accordance with the applicable safety regulations.Provided support as a Quality Assurance Technician inspecting flight hardware and payload components, filling out inspection records, and writing non-compliance reports as necessary. Modified flight hardware in the machine shop as necessary.Helped to develop and review hazardous and non-hazardous procedures, work instructions, and other documents to be used at various launch ranges.Provided launch operations support (testing of fire control systems, pad operations, launcher operations, and road blocks) at various launch ranges.
