After my initial contract work at micro1 I decided I did like applying my postgraduate diploma in AI/ML and began looking for ways to further pursue things beyond the full stack. I completed a certification in Langchain's new academy to explore agent development. In September I started maintaining lib crawler, a tool to bring in online documentation for use in RAGs. In October I began working on scripts and tools for optimizing quantizations in llama.cpp with GGUF imatrices, which I will be presenting in FOSDEM 2025 this February at the Low-level AI engineering group at the conference.

My placement with Deloitte allows me to help build architecture and boot up projects and workflow with their Fortune 100 client in roles ranging from front end engineer to lead developer to technical architect. We are working with a variety of technologies, including light terraform, ADO responsibilities, ADF and Logic Apps, azure functions with cosmosdb and SQL DB, node and some c# .NET, Jasmine/jest, Angular and AngularJS in a Confluence and Azure environment in a SAFe agile practice. I am an originator and maintainer of the common components repo. I created the prototype and analysis that justified the migration from Angular 5 to Angular 9.

I worked as a contractor in the Bay Area for about a year.

Calypso designed software that automatically built and assisted users in presenting early social pages and interest pages that could integrate data from participating sales sites (like amazon today) or other interest sites.I specced out the demands of, presented a design solution for, and helped physically install our service network and servers, maintained and developed various scheduled tasks like backup, logging and integrity checks, and helped choose and install our operating systems and software. Additionally I helped the firewall administrator build out our access rules, helped build our local office network, and setup our development environment. I participated in the companies primary meetings as well, helping to use and imagine our product.

I provided contract services in backend web development and porting software for various clients.

At Internet interstate and for a short time later, Verio, I did backend developement for web sites hosted by my company. II was bought out by Verio that in year.
