Self taught in python I was able to automate many daily process and work on making improvements and efficiencies in departmental operations. I led the project to develop automatic hedging algorithms and consulted on the generation of in-house TCA.I was given the responsibility of running the process of hiring for the front office Grad scheme for all departments and acted as mentor for those graduates once within the company. I was able to integrate a consistent scoring system to ensure standardization across multiple interviewers. I was able to build a multi-class classification using an SVM model to improve efficiencies in our credit risk policy. I was also able to build client monitoring tools to identify toxic or illegal trading techniques.
